A like-for-like refurbishment starts lower; a fully bespoke design with premium tiling, brassware and a walk-in shower sits at the higher end. Every quote is fixed in writing before any work starts.
A typical full bathroom renovation takes 7–14 working days from strip-out to final finish. Smaller refreshes can be done in under a week, while larger projects with structural changes or wet rooms may take 3 weeks. We agree the schedule with you up front and stick to it.
Either works. We can supply the suite, tiles and brassware through our trade accounts at competitive prices, or we'll happily install items you've sourced yourself. Most clients prefer supply and fit — it removes the risk of ordering the wrong parts and keeps everything under one quote.
Yes. M3 Trades is fully insured for public liability and all plumbing work is carried out to current UK regulations. Where gas appliances are involved we work with Gas Safe registered engineers. We're also vetted members of Checkatrade and TrustATrader.

A walk-in shower has a low-profile tray and glass screen and fits into most existing bathroom layouts. A wet room is fully tiled and tanked with a drain set into the floor — it gives a seamless, open feel and works well for accessibility, but needs proper waterproofing and falls. We install both.
